The Mystery Man is identified in this foto.

Vesco's problem is also apparent in this shot. The belt that connected the two engines was severly abused and frequently failed. So is the case in this record attempt foto.

Think Ferrari approves of this modification?

I doubt it.

Here's my contribution to the people that frequent Landracing.com.

You have my permission to download this and make a print from it.

It is in a format that will accommodate 4 x 6,  8 x 12,  12 x 18 or 20 x 30 prints prints with no cropping.

If for some reason you can not make it work or want a file that is bigger, let me know. Reply to my e-mail address:

If you want it altered there may be a charge.

The kid in the yellow shirt sniffing the nitro is Jack Dolan. I guess I shouldn't have answered but he was a little lighter back then :-D

Rex, you are correct. The turbines are in Emerso liner the Fergusons have now. There were 4 Fords in the first turbine liner and Ermie sat in the middle of the 4. The driver area was moved back for the turbines. Marvin got in the 2 Club with the turbines. Ermie was very dissapointed in the speed as I remember and the car was not at fault.
