Shane, we have nothing special in the swingarm. I made that run an hour ago, like I sorta promised, and did a 196++ best mile, with all three of 'em in the 194 - 196 range. I had a pleasant ride -- easy enough that I could spend time moving around looking for results from a different tuck, different fore-to-aft position, and so on. I spun the tire for three or four seconds at the 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 because I was scrunched up front trying to get my head into the bubble. I saw the spinning (no fishtailing, just spinning wheel) and pedaled it a tiny bit and moved back -- and got it back under control and rode my fastest in that last mile.
But I've therefore decided I could use some weight back there and maybe one less tooth on the rear sprocket. Maybe the sprocket change will happen tonight -- maybe before WoS. The swingarm weight won't happen 'til WoS for sure.
