Got a text from Danny.  A plug wire fried on the return run this morning.  Set a class record on 7 cylinders.  But fell short of a 300 mph average by a few decimal points.  They are going back for more.

Wow, really like the changes to the Got Salt lakester. Should have no problem with that design catching Hammond and crew.

What is up with the SCTA-BNI site this year?  There are no pictures or results.  Last year there weren't too many pictures but at least they posted results each night.  They don't even have a page for this years pictures and results!

Anyway thanks for the pictures and updates on this site.

Remember when you had to wait for the December Hot Rod for (maybe) records set and a few black and white pictures of SpeedWeek?

Always be thankful for what you're getting and don't forget to send yer donations to Landracing.com on a regular basis.

5 mph in pit area (clothed)

I remember those days.  Now the December issue will be out in September!

However I am interested in individual runs that aren't likely to be published anywhere on the internet other than on the SCTA-BNI website.

Really would like to know how my friends down there are doing. I can do that by car number if they have anyone to post results out there. They may be to busy to get all that going at this point. The first two days of running is always over whelming for everyone involved.

If SCTA has been having the same connectivity problems that I have, I don't blame 'em for not having results. I've been fighting all day with my Android phone, trying to get connected.  The Tech Support people told me that my SIM card had died.  But as soon as 5:00 rolled around, things came to life.  Sounds like an overloaded tower/server to me.
