It's a lake now! More rain coming on Monday from the hurricane. Not looking good for the BMST event!  :-(

I was on the fence about running at WF due to my health but I think the weather has decided it for me. :x

WF is still possible...

the BMST, so the lake looks Sunday late evenning, is a no go....

WoS....needs lots of heat and wind....

so be ready for WF....and have fun

Well, I would expect the USFRA crew will be making the determination within the next week, and I have looked at several weather apps and none are showing the kind of heat it will take to dry the salt -still keeping the faith and slugging away JUST in case..... :-(

I wouldn't throw in the towel yet. If the rain stays away and they hold off until around 9/5 to drag i bet we will be good. The salt this morning looks pretty good from the camera for just raining. Wind is a good thing as you know.
