As threatened, a few photos before I assume room temperat... a horizontal position for the evening.

A couple of Tanis Hammond's launch.

And a couple of the tire on the Cook-mobile.  A coupla things come to mind.  First, Mike Jr. stated that it had been punctured and that was what had caused the failure and second, it's a good thing that it chunked instead of losing the tread in one piece...I spose that's a characteristic of that tire as opposed to some other types of construction....still a good thing.

G'nite.

On an unguided tour of greater and lesser Wendover, there is a dentist on the way down to the airport who calls himself Painless Pete,  perhaps implying that the dentist around the corner is not.

At every parking lot in town, there is the obvious residue of people climbing out of vehicles with salt on the soles of their shoes.

Smiths has aloe lotions for sunburn.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice.  But in practice, there is.--Jan L. A. Van de Snepscheut

Bike that went down yesterday at the 1 mile was the 9209 dual-Harley engined unlimited APS-PG called Shongo Tongo.  The photo is one SSS posted a coupla daze ago.

Yes, I'm awake at 4 am.  Went to be early, woke up early.  Feel better than yesterday, so far.

Shower time.
