Freud, are the coupler cover clamps being balanced?
I've used that type of clamp before, and ones designed for high speed applications usually seem to be designed as identical halves, resulting in the bolt heads pointing in opposite directions to maintain balance.
The one that you show looks more like a low speed design, with both heads facing the same way, putting more weight to one side of the clamp than the other. This is easier to deal with from a maintenance perspective, for sure, but could cause problems in this application.
