Stan, I get it, and I agree that some sort of hard copy publication, the sale of which helps support maintenance of the document, is important.
So until the time that everybody has a rule book, we'll just have to keep answering questions and telling newbies to "Get a Rule Book!"
JUST NOW while posting I had an idea. Jon can start a Wikipedia type of thread, call it FAQ, and people can post into it and fill it up with these questions.

Dirtydutchmen's question is certainly not one I would have included in a FAQ column.
And if a list of FAQ's gets long enough to cover his question, then you're essentially posting the rulebook in a "Jeopardy" format.
