The flying Marani's
« on: October 13, 2010, 02:31:26 PM »
Wow it seems like only a couple of years ago that the Mariani boys and dad Dennis were getting interested in land speed racing .
Dennis got into the Bonniville 200 mph club last week with a really nice 257.108 record in A/GR .
Congratulations Dennis from Dave and I , it was sweet to see.
Also son Mark got his A licence in the same car @ 240 mph , good job guys.
Whats next?

They did buy the Dozier-Hagerty liner.  It should be interesting when they get it going.  Tony

I think that is one of Costella early (large) lawndart configurations. Be great to see it back. Had a crate Hemi and also their vintage Chrysler in it.............JD
