OK, So, here I go again, getting my mouth out running my brain,of course, lately it's getting easier to do.
The Honest Charley car is a 39 tudor Ford body radically channeled over 34 rails and fitted with wider fenders with the full skirts, powered by a 48 Merc Flattie, It ran 137 at the Daytona speed trials does not say what year.

Sorry to start the Cetrion (french thing)  (Citroen) mystery, BUT I coulda swore I read that somewhere !

Thanks for the info on the Honest Charley car.  That cleared up some confusion in my mind.
