Romeo Palamides died in 1988...he built the car. Actually, I think he got inducted into the Drag Racing Hall of Fame or something to that effect not too long ago...

He built a sister car to the Infinity, called The Untouchable. He used it on the 1/4 mile. Check Ugo Fadini's site for more info.

I got the supersonic runs and Breedlove's 'rollover' favorited on Youtube. I also have Thrust2 from a news clip.

There was a movie a while back that had The Blue Flame running in it. Paul Newman narrated...it was called "Once Upon a Wheel".

Once Upon a Wheel can be bought online for about 10 bucks or so...just google it.

Breedlove got an offer to drive The Blue Flame, believe it or not. He demanded too much money to drive it though (or so the story goes  :roll:) The offer then went to a drag racer, who got killed in an accident before he could drive...

  Wasn't Gary Gabelich a top fuel driver from California who was later killed in an accident. Good stuff here guys, I will try to track down some of these videos.
