First you need to have an Internet connected computer. Download Google Earth, find the start line at Bonneville, orient the picture so you are looking down the track at track level, select Flight Simulator, select F16, put the cross hairs on the horizon, hit page up and away you go. It seems to cap out at about 360 knots or 415 mph. No fire suit, no roll cage, no sponsors necessary. And you can drink beer while you do it. Just have to figure out how to add vibration and sound.
