You have to check out this rendering by Kenny Youngblood. This is his idea of a LSR Propster.

Enjoy, I did. Regards, Tom Gerardi

Unless I am mistaken that is not powered by a V-dub motor!

Nice painting - now what would happen if some of that power went to the wheels too?  I can see a whole new range of classes for Bonneville -in the 'hybrid propster fan' power units section.

Hey Dan, there was I thinking that with this arrangement you would welcome Franklin on to the salt.  After all with a radiator behind in that fan stream duct it would just be part of the cooling system (LOL)

That is the really cool liner version, lakester is available with just the removal of the fenders.
That cooling conceot will go a long ways towards contributing to the problems with the rear engined modiried.
Variable pitch would have to be outlawed so as not to upset the " fraction control" guys.
 Or so it seems.

Just think of the riot it would start with all of that salt dust being blown all over those waiting in line and the starter losing his hat.

See. I knew it would be OK with the timer.

Well they could just push start it and not blow Jims hat off. I might try somthing like that on our roadster,at least I know the chutes would bloom. Well, as long as we mount the chutes behind the fan anyway.
