The strongest production transaxlewas the NSX 5-speed. But thetallest-geared production transaxlewas the F40-MT2 from an '06 G6 GT ( or was it an '05? )
That's the one I bought new for $600 when I built a 5.3L LSx V8 Fiero.
As I recall, the FDR was 3.55:1, but sixth was 0.62:1?
Been too long, so if anyone wants to research it, this should be a good start.
The Getrag 282 ( or was it the 292? ) was something like 3.61 x 0.72.
I did one of those as well, with a 350 SBC V8.
