Tradup and Thomason
« on: July 18, 2014, 07:09:27 PM »
My birth place of Brewster and Pateros, Washington are going up in flames. Ed Tadup and Richard Thomason live there. Haven't heard if they are OK.
As of last count, 50 homes lost, post office, school, hardware store and more......!

Looks like the fire you are concerned about is part of the Carlton Complex.

Yep it's been real bad. Power is gone for miles around and will be several weeks before some of us get it restored. Neither Ed or I have power at our homes but we do have water, both irrigation and domestic. No power in the shop either. Small in comparison to those that lost everything. I've never seen anything like it in my life. Didn't seem to be a lot of rhyme or reason to see some houses that were spared and others that just essentially vanished. Donations in miles per hour can be made to "Danny Boy" Thomason and Tradup Racing LLC.

Those affected have my sympathies , i hope they get the same support from community ,friends and surprising at the time insurance that we did after  fires went through our district

we were on generator at the house for 2 weeks and the temporary workshop still is 6 mths later , cheap import generator has surpassed all expectation

If Richard and Ed have been spared they are out helping the less fortunate.

Believe me.

Brian and all are fine. We got power back in shop Sunday. Motor and trans in car, assembly going on as we speak. I have a little interruption as my oldest daughter is having a baby girl. Rather inconvenient at the moment but oh so worth it.
