Please can anyone tell me what tyres they used last year and were able to pass Tech Inspection with?

Will 'Bridgestone BT003 Racing Type 2' pass the Tech Inspection at Bonneville Speed week?.

The Bike is a Hayabusa running in the production class for which the record is over 210 mph, the rule book says
"The speed rating is governed by the record speed in the class entered" then later on it says for
"200 mph plus special tyres designated for racing by the manufacturer must be used".

Thanks guys   ....Dan, Bristol UK

Ok relax guys I found the answer:

Bridgestone R10, or Bridgestone BT003 Racing Type 2 are good choices.

Bridgestone BT003 Racing Street is not such a good choice.

I would have changed my post, but dont know how.

I have been running the Bt 003rs since we had to run race tires. No problem, I think that is what I had on when I set the 1350 production record.

To clarify - the BT003 Race Streets are good to go?

Also - what's the thoughts on running road race takeoffs (in the appropriate compounds of course)?  Good that they've been heat cycled and mostly used on the sides?  Or are there potential issues I'm not thinking of?

As I understand, the BT003 and BT10 the T2 or EVO2 are the hard compounds.

I'd assume the BT003 RS (Race Street) tires would be as hard or harder than the T2 compound?  Is tech good with the "Street Race" designation?
