Update is I hope you're not gonna run E/BFL! Kidding aside, the engines are pretty capable but need oiling help to live at Bonneville. That can either be restricting the head oiling, scavenging from there with some type of pump like a dry sump, or best would be both. I'd love to take on an engine partner once the car starts moving under it's own power - not sure if that's something you'd be interested in or practical based on location. I'm in mid TN.

I have spent much of the past few months building a push truck out of a 1965 C10 and a 2004 trailblazer chassis. It runs and drives well now but will need some finishing. I'm also close to starting my first megasquirt build and my own complete standalone EFI conversion on my sbc powered datsun 260z. Both of these projects were intended to learn more about fabrication and efi and both reasonably successful so far, but not a lot of lakester progress. Bought another pile of lakester parts like more wheels, tires, pedal assembly, and intake manifold components.

Replumbed and remodeled half of our 134yr old house. Bought another sailboat (that somehow has not required work or money yet). Need to make room for my SMV Nibbler Senior (like a pullmax) and my english wheel in the late spring. Should be hands on back on the lakester around June.
