Woody,
I didn't know you were there. Why didn't you introduce yourself?
I was with the 3838 corvette.

One of these people is our friend Woody...
Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.

Rob, now I remember you saying you would be with the Vette! I think my brain was truly fried and I wasn't in leathers or a fire suit!  :-(

Our next opportunities are Speed Week and Sept Ohio Mile!

Me and The Truck made several runs.  I'm new to trying to go fast with a Diesel and I didn't realize how heat sensitive they are.  I don't have an intake manifold temp readout but I'm sure the intercooler was only moderately useful.  I ran a 107+ and a 110+ on Sat AM and slowed to 101/102 in the afternoon  before hanging it up.  Came back on Sun AM and ran 111.7, giving me a record.  But another truck was there and I suspect he had a lot more engine mods than I have (I have just an Edge tuner).  He had a big ol' puff of black smoke at the line so I'm guessing big injectors and maybe even more turbo.  Anyhow, he ran 112.1 and I decided not to make another run as it was late in the day.  So we'll see how Truck does in the (hopefully) cooler weather of September.  And I have another tuner power level to try.....
