SCTA board meeting tonight

Hope all goes well for John Noonan. Some other interesting things goin
on. Tryed to make the meeting but got tied up at the shop.
Make your next club meeting for sure or call your reps for results.

:oops: Tonight is the decision on the points championship and the penalties for the competitor who violated a couple of rules.... the clubs have been making there decisions... :? Lets hope we don't have to do this again.. :x

Sickracer, Your right lets hope we do not have to do this again. This should have never been a club/reps. vote our new elected SCTA board should of had the heuvos' to handle the problem them self's. Tonite will tell the tell,it does not look good for the REAL points champions, again championships should be decided on the dirt !   that's my 2 cents
salt is OK, but the DIRT is where it's at!

 :oops: I think with the bylaws it still had to go to the club\reps I am not sure but I don't think it could have been decided by the board, I am going to look into that..
 The guy did admit he cheated.  So it was decided @ the dirt when he broke the rules and it cost his club the championship it was not taken from the SDRC.  The issue is between SDRC and the rule breaker not SDRC and the club/reps/board...  This is not the 1st time a club lost a championship due to violating a rule or procedure. :cry:

The Gear Grinders lost the season championship a few years ago because they faild to pull a duty, The LSR club got heavy penelties for a violation. Get your stories straight.
