I just noticed they have posted the 2006 rule changes on the SCTA web site. Good chance to see if your have to make changes etc. New helmet requirements as well

Here is an attached file with the 2006 car rule changes. I guess the bike guys will continue to wait. Car guys are usually like a month in advance of bike guys... I edited this post to add also a word document file. some dont have a .pdf viewer, so I added a word document for easier viewing... This could be a good exercise on which type of document is preferred...

Too many changes indicate something is wrong or they are headed that way.

Car guys did a good job... Few changes and mostly wording updates and emphasis...

Did I miss something? I thought that everything you guys needed was up and available.
BTW - 2006 rule books are printing next week. I am hoping for distribution the first week in March, depends on the binder.
