Of course we southerners will fry anything and nobody thinks it could be good when I mention it, but try fried fish w/ scrambled eggs. But then I love fried liver pudding. I was watching coverage of a custom car show earlier this year and one vendor was selling (this just goes way too far)-fried butter.
