This is my first year racing. What do they do?, cancel or reschedule?? Nov is only 3 weeks away but that will be a LONG 3 weeks for me!

They cancel, and it looks like 2 inches of rain will cancel this meet.  You will have to wait for the official ruling.  November meet could have a really good course.

Yes it has rained hard out here today I would say closer to 3.5 inches accordiing to neibors weather station about 20 minutes ago it is raining now.With plenty of lightning which has knocked power out 3 times.

And it gives me less of a chance to move up in points.

I like the dog bowl method.  If rounded, it can approximate the actual amount of water that the lakebed gets -- adding runoff from the perimeter to the actual rainfall.
