How to make the final pass in style
« on: September 16, 2010, 01:43:20 AM »
It didn't surprise me one bit when I saw the creator was from California. What a way to take that final ride.  No word on if they have passed SCTA tech. . . .

I seriously doubt they would pass tech.  The padding looks like it would be a bit too far away from the head.  Plus it doesn't look to be up to SFI.  Other than that I don't think there would be a problem.

Get off the stove Grandad.  You're too old to be riding the range.

Nope.  It comes with a little bell and a string.

I was also wondering if you left the lid off could it be buried as a roadster?
Ooops sorry I meant run not buried.

Pretty cool who says you can't take it with you? I like the guy that puts your casket on his sidehack rig and drives you around a track or wherever you want. Would that pass tech? Told my wife I wanna be sprinkled into the motorcycle tire factories rubber vat.

Thats a pretty cool idea.  Ya don't happen to know the goin' rate for a lap?  Could help finance Bonneville next year.

I don't. I am sure you could find it on the net somewhere. It wasn't cheap that is for sure. I wanna say 5k or something ridiculous but don't qoute me. There is also a guy with a trike setup. He has the big glass back area for viewing the casket. One of them was in England one here in the US. Was a little blurb in Cycle World a year or two ago.

Guess none of you posters were at Gary Brauer's service.

Casket complete with 716 and Gary on its bright red surface.

Don't know if it passed tech, but I think the 66 crew approved.

Fogliani eulogized Gary.

The great So Cal sign man Bob Thompson did the work.

I'll bet they sell bank on those things in So Central during turf wars between the Nortenos and Surenos.
Man, that thing is a money maker with all the drive by's up here in Oakland.

I gotta get me a franchise.

Papi, love the gang/prison labels.

Nortenos and Surenos are terms yrs truly learned doing my time @ CSP Corcoran. (Staff member, honest).

Those two groups caused more grief in lockdowns, lost work time and general B S plus the  extra cost to the state's incarceration budget than ANY Crips or Blues. Those South Central black dudes were choir boys, by comparison.
