Which casino has the best buffet in Wendover

We just got back from the Rainbow's buffet.  Not bad at all -- the melon was very sweet and tasty the blackberries were too taert -- not yet ripe enough to enjoy.  Beef stroganoff, corned beef and cabbage, some Mexican and some Oriental, the desserts were a tad better than usual, and the price was fine -- $17.04 including tax for the two of us.  At that price -- it's a bargain.

All you need to do to get that kind of deal is go to the Trucker's Lounge, in the parking lot across from the Rainbow.  Walk in, show your commercial drivers license and get a two for on ticket.  It's only good for the day you get it -- but still, half price is usually always better.  Get one for the $25/person Friday night seafood buffet, for sure.

sorry to hear the hamburger place is gone, they were nice people.

The red garter had prime rib on the menu last year every night I went there. And either 12.99 or 14.99. don't remember exactly. but it was done to order and a great portion.

And you can't beat the breakfast special at the red flame, differs every day what they cook and help yourself to a plate full at sunrise. Hmmm.

I do not have much idea about it. I only play in an online casino but I've heard somewhere in vegas there this prestigious hotel casino that prepare such tasty food.

Montego and Rainbow seem to have perry much the same stuff. Food ok desserts great.

I stayed at MB for world finals last year. The Red Flame/Green Flame/Red Garter has great food at a great price. I've seen friends inside, sat and talked with them. Nice to have someone to compare notes with. The MB buffet is great, lots of food, drink, and desert. Not as cheap as the RG. I'm planning on going back for world finals again this year. If all goes well, I might try Speed Week the year after. ElMo gets 90% of my time, money, and engery as I am a So Cal boy, and a Jacks Garage guy. Long live Jack! Van-Dyne is VERY helpful (he's in the scta rulebook), and can help you too. Kiwi Steve is a great fabricator (in the book also), head of inspectors, and all around great guy. Now if ElMo would dry up for May? Stretch

I've eaten at the burger place by the tracks, but it had changed to Chelinas Mexican last year. I thought they had very good food. Their guacamole was made at the table and was killer.

Rainbow has the best buffet, but the prices are expensive on Friday.  All of the breads and desserts are made at Montego....I know this because.....I watch 'em 5 nights a week!!  The Rainbow took out the restaurant and put in Poncho and Willey's... hmmm what ever could they serve there?!!  The prices are high, so the Marcello's is still the best place for that Mexican food.  I guess it all depends on how much you want to spend and what you want to eat.

 If you haven't tried Marcellos' Shrimp platter, you haven't reached Mexican heaven yet!  The Salt Flat Cafe is my vote for the best food, service and apple juice in Utah!    Crow.  LFFL

At Bubs last year we ate at Salt falts cafe every night except one and then we ate breakfast there 2 days as well. 

I believe the shrimp dish is called Jefe or something like that.
