I dont have a book nearby but couldnt he also run that VW as a lakester if the wheels were past the widest part of the body?

I dont remember anything about a production body not being able to be used for a lakester if it fit with the rules.

VW's can be very difficult to lower the lid properly. That is one of the best chop jobs I have seen on a VW. Nice job and can't wait to see it in Aug.
