Sigh.  It's a Vintage FOUR flathead.  Six total ports: EIEEIE.  Holley 2-barrel carb.

Cool racer. Probably sending all the vintage four cylinder guys out looking in barns .

We probably bombed Tokyo and other places with the melted down remains of most of those engines.

And later our surplus tanks, aircraft and even beer cans helped  companies like Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, etc., become the worldwide giants they are.
