Tech Committee Chairman (motorcycles)?

Hi, I am going to be building a special construction bike and I noticed in the rulebook that the drawings should be submitted to the Tech Committee Chairman.
Does someone has his contact details? It may be in the rulebook, but I haven't got the whole thing (only the motorcycle section). Thanks.

Van Butler is the guy you're looking for.  I'm away from the house and don't have his contact information with me at the moment.  I'll be home in an hour or two and see if I can find it then.
