Modified rule change for M/C tires

Posting later today will be a modification to the motorcycle tire rule change for 2005. Tom Evans and Russ O'Daly were able to get this modification approved before final proof reading of the 2005 rulebook.

It appears that Ed changed the text in the currently posted rule changes. Please check rule 7.B.8 Tire requirements for the update.
