Bud Morrill passed away
« on: December 31, 2008, 06:34:15 PM »
If you read the rule book in the roadster classes even you new guys will recognize the Morrill name.  I got a call today from his wife saying he passed away a few days ago.  He wanted to have his ashes scattered at Bonneville.  I bet a roadster would be Bud's choice.  We bought our first two from him.  If she wants to send the ashes from Texas to California, I'm sure I can find a final ride for Bud.

Any old guys out there who remember Bud from his record setting days in the 80's?

Thanks for the notice, Bud was a great guy and I timed him many times at the lakes and on the salt.
God Speed Bud.
