Pat Kinne / Salt201:

1964 Hammond - McGrath & Whipp REDHEAD on the way to 300MPH and looking good doing it - Pat

Pat Kinne / Salt201:

The best "Art" shot I can do of the RedHead getting ready to go.
Like most of you , the only chance I got to shoot photos was
waiting in line to run the lakester - Pat

Pat Kinne / Salt201:

Past Bonneville 200 MPH Club President Roy Fjastad in 1964 - we were all a lot younger then!!! Ask Freud.

bob mcgrath drove off the line without a push to a speed over 300 mph then drive it all the way back to the pits just like your average 1964 station wagon.

Bob Drury:
Pat, John Edmonds Studebaker is my all time favorite.  He was constantly changing the car, and my favorite was when it had painted (?) grills on it.   For anyone interested in a great interview with John, you can buy the dvd DREAMS OF LEGENDS which is a five dvd set, with one about Bonneville and another about the dry lakes. Check em out at www.Dreamsoflegends.com.  Bob
