The new issue of SRM (Feb 2009 go figure) has very good coverage. Eleven pages of pictures and text, and mainly text. Finally somebody is getting into the meat of LSR and telling some interesting stories.

The first couple of pages show Streamliners and Lakesters. There are some Roadsters and articles about a couple of roadster efforts.

  another article about bonneville is in RODZ, feb,/ march issue. has story about gene winfield, the custom car builder.  the street rodder mag was not on rack at border's book store last night, will need to wait for it.

It's on the expensive side, but the latest "Rodder's Journal" has a 24 page article on Bonneville, with many photos from the past, and a few from this years event. I give it a big "Thumb's up!".

Nice coverage of Bonneville in SRM, just seen it today you guys and gals that been into this most of your life's Bonneville record racing is more interesting than Drag Racing now that I know more about it over the years
