SCTA El Mirage Procedures

Any body have a copy of the SCTA El Mirage procedures handy? I lost my only copy and have the following questions:
 
 1. Parachute is required above what speed?
 2. Roof Rails are required above what speed?
 3. Window tabs are required above what speed?
 
 I gotta suggest to them that they put a copy on the website.

175 parachutes are at 160. No mention of roof rails or tabs. Fire suit at 175 is at 140. For your convience your log book has 3 hole which is easily placed in a 3 ring binder. With a little work you can keep your rule book, blue record sheets(if you earn them) fire bottle reciepts, dream wheels, etc: and a copy of the drylakes procedures in there to. Talk to your club rep about why rules and procedures are not printed on the net.
