Can you identify this lakester?

I took the attached shots in impound in 2006.  This appears to be a lakester with a turbocharged or fuel-injected flathead 4-banger in it. 

Anyone know the number of the car and any details about it?

I'm doing the remodel on my website and trying to gather data and photos to help Sumner with his list of LSR vehicles:
