I'm fluffing up the final run logs right now.

Quick question, if someone does a class change at Bub do they also have to change the bike number like they have to do with SCTA? I'm trying to fill in a few --- no data --- blanks and this answer will help me make things a little more complete.

Thanks!
Debbie

Yes they change the number

I ran P/P as #471 earlier in the week and then #1471 as M/P on Sunday

Thanks for entering the stuff!!!

Unh, Deb -- AMA class designations are different from ECTA/SCTA, as are FIM.  So I'd just list 'em as they appear and let those who know the secret code -- or have the magic decoder keyring -- understand what's being said.

Yup! I found the AMA secret decoder ring!

See my problem is, for example, that I have vehicle

1302 with class  750 D M   and also
1302 with class  750 M D

Clearly the same class but with the letters jumbled.
So in the intrest of trying to make these things usable and meaningful I was trying to at least get them all in the same order for comparison, even if they were wrong! It's nice to be able to pull up all the bikes that ran in 750 M D to see who did what but if the class isn't standardized then it doesn't work. And since just about every vehicle I looked at had their own class written differently I was trying to fix it!

But now that I finally found the AMA secret decoder ring I think I can do it right!  I knew the FIM's were WAY different so I was momentarily stumped!

9/2-9/6 run logs.

This is one spreadsheet file with two worksheets. One with just the long course runs. One with just the short course runs. Sorted by date then time.

You're Welcome!  :-)

This should hopefully hold us over until the next salt fix (WOS)!
