the rule says submissions received after sept.1st of any year will not be considered for that years agenda --i take that to mean the deadline for a rule change submission is sept 1st at midnight if im wrong it is midnight tonight --either way if you have a rule change or a rule clarifacation you need to submit it soon ---at
www.scta-bni.org there is a rules change form--click on rules changes and the form will come up --it has to be filled out complete and you can e-mail it in --you must be a SCTA or BNI member ----willie buchta
