I wish we knew what they know about traction

I'm pretty sure that if you run studded tires at El Mirage you will get reealy good traction.

I was at El Mirage Dry Lake today . . . No, that's not right.

I was at El Mirage Lake today . . . No, that's not right either.

I was at El Mirage Ice Skating Rink . . . That's it!

This view is from the road at Callaway's looking down the lake bed. The starting line is right in front of you.

Water Ice as far as you can see.

Well, it used to be Los Angeles . . . 50 miles north of Fresno now.
Just remember . . . It isn't life or death.
It's bigger than life or death! It's RACING.

Dean, a couple of days ago my pond froze as did the water fall into it, There was just a trickle of water flow. The ice cycles were about 6" long off the rocks. Looked pretty neat. While the weather is still cold I think we will drive to Zion in a couple of days to see the water falls off the canyon walls.

The view from SR138 at Pinion Hills today revealed the lake bed is still about 2/3 blue.
