I will be happy to see a "shakedown" run at Speed Week.  What are the thoughts on the fastest speed of the meet this year?

I have seen Burklands do a "Shakedown" run at over 400 mph... somewhere around 1/2 throttle, This is the first pass after driveline failure two years ago. If the salt is as good as they say it is, I would expect a 425+ mph pass. This is based soley on my opinion. I feel that if the salt is that good, Tom won't waste a chance to put some power down and really test the rebuilt driveline.

You could see a sleeper in the Poteet & Main entry to go over 400 blown.

Nish is always there waiting for the big speed Naturally Aspirated out of their liner and you never know what Nish has under his sleeve.

Im sure there are a few others who could put down a number, however those come to mind right now.

Sleeper? Ron Main has every intention of going over 400. I know that they have not run near that, but the new car will go that fast.
Well, it used to be Los Angeles . . . 50 miles north of Fresno now.
Just remember . . . It isn't life or death.
It's bigger than life or death! It's RACING.

The picture in the article is not the actual 411.....I it’s the Ugo model!!!!
You can just make out the signature near the tail.

Funny because its listed as "The Burkland's 411 race car at the Bonneville Salt Flats"
Does go to show how good the model is, the person doing the page likely couldn’t tell.
