i have heard that a ford 351c fluidampr can be run on amc engines,but the source is less than reliable.anybody able to shed some light on this?

I would certainly check with
www.fluidamper.com
and talk to their tech representatives. A harmonic dampner needs to be 'tuned' to a specific engine and if not can actually amplify torsional vibrations.
