T.S., when you dismount your current tires, you will notice the difference.  There are three times the sidewall plys on the LS tires.               Bob

As I was told by GoodYear the name Front runner is a trade name that means they are the best, (leader of the tire mfg's) Does not mean they are front tires only. They also said that the front runners for drag racing are different and not drive tires.

Can you run drag frontrunners?  I was planning on running them front and rear on my lakester project.  Is this inadvisable?  Max theoretical speed is 216.

I have run the Drag Frontrunners on the front of my roadster at 202 mph with no problems. I do run the landspeeds on the rear.  Vince
