section 3.b.1 says : ' 1-5/8 o.d. round steel tubing....." Is that, Electra-weld, D.O.M, or (GASP) !Seamless ? Thanks, Jerry

The rules are a minimum requirment but in the section 3.B it says "low carbon (mild) steel tubing is recommended"...... The section you quoted go's into size & mounting, etc. If it were me I'd use DOM tube.
