2008 SCTA / BNI rule book

SCTA announced the rule books are at the printers and should be delivered to SCTA by March 1st. They should start mailing asap. :-D

Dang, if they're going to mail them at Mach 1 -- we'll get them in only a few hours!  That's fast -- even for airmail.

Jon, only in Los Angeles, yours is coming by dog sled,Nancy might get hers first. So much for proof reading before sending. We had our yearly snow here in St. George, about 1- 1/2 inch. Give her a hug for me. :-D :roll:
