Hi, I am not a landspeeder, but looking for an emergency parachute to stop an electrical high speed vehicle we are developing. (only 250 kph, but it is for public transport and weighs 9 metric tons)
So far I have found Stroud and Deist, you guys know others?? We would like to have some comparison.

Cheers,

Maarten

You might contact these people. They manufacture military parachutes to DROP 20,000 lbs. out of an airplane.

To have a size large enough to be effective I would think that ground clearance would be a problem.
Well, it used to be Los Angeles . . . 50 miles north of Fresno now.
Just remember . . . It isn't life or death.
It's bigger than life or death! It's RACING.

Diest has for many years built the widest range of various safety devices for a number of disciplines from the Movie / Stunt industry to Rocket Cars, and even Hi-speed water-sports.
If you need something out of the range of the norm, He has the most experience.
