I have a 1989 Camaro t-top my question is.........................
Will a full roll cage cover the roll bar rules?

You will find the roll cage rules are applied to all entries including your t-top ride.
Find the SCTA site in here to get a rulebook and study for the test.

Why would the cage rules be any different than for a solid top? The cage is within the car, not outside the car. You have to be sure that the T-Tops are secured as outlined in the rulebook.
