2007 SCTA Rule Book
« on: April 23, 2007, 02:36:38 PM »
Is there anybody out there that has received their 07 SCTA Rule book?

My membership card arrived OK as did the registration papers for speedweek.  But I haven't seen a rule book yet.

I don't want to pester anyone at SCTA if the books simply aren't out yet.

The books were available before the registration mailing and membership card shipping.
It sounds like North and South may have a problem.
The SCTA website information is available on the main page and I would be interested in their answer when you contact them.

Well . . . . howboutthat. . . I just got it!  Arrived in today's mail.   I'm not sure about the West to East deal that Stainless talked about or the South that JackD mentioned. But since I do live back East in South central Pennsylvania, West of Philadelphia and North of Baltimore it was bound to be here soon anyway.  .  . Or not . .

If it will help anyone, I seem to be pretty proficient at misinterpreting the rule book.  I use the "read it as you want it to fit" rule................ :-D

And luckily for us Bobs, most of it is written so you can....
You can at least get away with "the letter" for one year, then they usually make "the spirit" more clear for all who didn't think of it till they saw you.  :x  :-D

How ghostly is that when the letter doesn't match the spirit ?

On the tech/safety side, quite.  On the definitions/class side, quite interesting fun.
