Yep.  Red she'll be.  I'm pulling out all the stops this year, I'm thinkin' red streamliners go faster.

I've just finished up the new body.  Much more aerodynamic than before.  The new tail looks pretty slippery, and the frontal area only is 3.7 sq. ft., I think about the same size as Sam's--maybe a little smaller.  The canopy gives it a dolphin look,  I'm thinkin' fishy shapes go faster.

I got 26 votes on that "Who will set the record for the World's Fastest Motorcycle?" poll,  thanks for the vote of confidence from all three of you (whoever you are).  The other 23 votes were myself, my wife, my pit crew, friends and family.

I hope the Nugget has a good supply of salt and pepper for September.  It makes crow taste better.

There's an old saying, "Gas is for washing parts, alcohol is for drinking, and nitro is for going fast"  I'll be picking up the nitro tomorrow.

Hmmm...As I understand it the World FIM Record holder has only exceeded 300 mph on two occasions and on those two occasions set the record.

they have been within nearly 90% of the record
for over 7 yrs and on multiple continents..............

rooting for the underdog is much different than
betting on them..........

I will be rooting for you guys big time.......!

 Darn Joe.  That's too bad about the betting thing.  Just think of the odds you could get.

One must not forget that it took one of them 36 years and a number of "sure things" to get to that point after the expenditure of what is said to be millions of dollars.
The others are a quite different story with respect to their efforts, performance, and budget.
The whole story paints a better picture than flash cards.

Max,  I hope to see your rider get a blue hat. You have the HP and aero to get it done, just need everything else to fall into place. Sometimes the naysayers end up eating crow.  Best of luck.

Rick, like you, we ALL are hoping to see the "Max"
liner get a blue hat and set the record...........

try not to confuse naysayer with well wisher...........

the topic is who of the contenders will break the record ......

anyone want to put their money where their mouth is...??
