I saw Tom's post and sent a quick "test" message -- and it hasn't showed up in my inbox yet, so I agree that something's garfled.
But then -- I sure have noticed a reduction in land-speed list postings recently. I posit that landracing.com's BB has done a fine job of giving us somewhere to chat. There are too many good things about the list, though, to give up if we can avoid having to do so. Let's hope it comes back to us sooner or later. . .
