The jug o dressing I dipped into was labeled "Blue Cheese" but was more like Thousand Island. I should have chosen the house dressing. Then again..I wasn't paying much attention either.

It says a lot of the work that went into the event if all we have to gripe about is dressing and desert selections.

Thanks to Michael for the kick ass fotos. Not only was the image quality excellent, the taste demonstrated in the matting and framing was exquisite. You will be invited back.
Racers, if you see someone out on the salt an hour before sunrise, dragging a camera, looking at something that you would never consider, it's likely Michael isolating a piece of nothing that will produce a spectacular image. Don't disturb him.
