Nice old guy.
He used to just show up on the salt with his plane when we were there on private time.
We spent more time talking about planes than cars.
Last I saw him was at Lattin's for the Hilborn car deal.

This is bad news. Bless Jim Travis for bringing Don to the salt and other events for the last few years. We consider our acquaintence with Don as one of the highlights of our lifes.

Both Sonny and Don were great people and good friends, they are truly missed. Don was always fun to be around and a genuine racer at heart.
So long Don and God Speed from here on.

Richard Parks did a nice writeup on Don and I sent it along to AMO. He should reprint it for everybody.
Don was a treasure that won't be replaced.

Thank you Glenn for letting us all know. I've been very fortunate to have been able to spend some wounderful times with Don. We will miss him very much.
