I woul like to ask all the streamliner owners, crew and others with experirence regarding salt packing in the wheel wells. How much clearance is minimum?

And when you have reached that conclusion, how big is the minimum for a hole ?
Part of the turnaround procedure for one of the fastest liners we are so proud of was the trimming of the broken tire cord ends that left a polished aluminum wheel well.
On my door slammers, I used the buildup to my advantage but you didn't ask, so I didn't tell.  LOL
If you need it, that can happen, if you don't want it, that can happen too.

Well let me ask a different question then. How much clearance do you run?
