Diesel Brothers video
« on: May 15, 2025, 08:55:34 PM »
Heavy D Posted a video to YouTube showing him destroying the salt flats trying to "rescue" a buddy who had gotten stuck North of the courses and pit area.
Look it up on You Tube and then send a scathing message to the Utah BLM office calling for his balls to be placed on Ab Jenkins headstone.
Local Utah news channels have already been contacted by the USFRA.
The BLM already offered a generic response.....
Please contact Pete Dean, or Allison Dean or Larry Volk at Save The Salt and demand that all the money that has been donated over the past 30+ years to STS be finally put to good use and demand that Heavy D and his dipshit buddy driving the stuck truck be held 10000000% acountable for the damage to our Mecca...

Diesel dorks.
Any link to this video  ?
I contacted blm about the semi truck doing doughnuts out there and the response was we are understaffed and can't be everywhere.
Best to publicly shame by leaving a comment of your disgust and a thumbs down.

Do we know where on the flats this happened?  I have seen videos where they were on the north end of the Great Salt Lake doing a recovery on that mud flat. If they were on the Bonneville Salt Flats, I hope they were nowhere near the racecourses, pits, return roads, etc. etc..  If anyone knows/has an idea of location, please share.  And maybe they picked up a few nails in their tires from the pallet fire pits along the way.

I saw the video a few days ago & left an appropriate comment on it but can't find it in my history so I'd say it has been removed. It was in a high traffic area due to the amount of tire tracks in that location so I suspected it was on a course or a return road. It shouldn't be hard to find due to the size of the hole that would have to be 12ft long, 8ft wide & 3ft deep plus all the mess he made with his monster ripping it out of there plus they got their pickup stuck as well.

By the way,

this video was originally a promotion video for a rope product...as it was announced in a note...

this note was very quickly deleted...after they found out that it was maybe not a good idea...

Interesting how for SW and other events where a bunch of folks are supporting the salt, being careful, washing off their cars on track, for sure no one doing donuts etc and we have a full page of "don'ts" on pain of expulsion etc and they (BLM) can't be bothered to do something about flagrant damage to the salt by a bunch of yahoos.

The school bus guys are complete idiots! These are the guys who need their asses handed to them!

Diesel crew claimed to be 20 miles north of Salt Lake City near Antelope Is.
I'm not defending these guys just trying to figure out where they were.
The guy (Jason) at 1:09 is from the state of Utah? Maybe this recovery was legit??

I saw the video before they pulled it from YouTube & they were on Bonneville. It started out with them at the truck stop so if they're saying something else they're lying. I could see Floating Mountain in the background where that thing was buried beyond the axles & so many tire tracks all in the same direction that made it a high traffic area beyond Joe Public's random driving so either a course or return road. There is going to be a really big hole left behind so it won't be hard to find.
