Land Sale at Loring

Any word on what effect the sale of land at Loring will have on land speed racing?

I assume you are referring to the Green 4 Maine project.   The properties offered are 100,000 square feet or more.  Basically the hangar buildings.   The runway is considered essential to the future development of Loring and is not for sale.

I saw a vidio where a developer had bought 400 acers of the former base

That is the Green 4 Maine deal.  They are planning a manufacturing/overhaul facility using hangar buildings. The base is 14,000 acres.  They have a tentative agreement with Loring Development. It doesn't effect the runway or land speed event.
